The "Black Maria" is known at Germany as "Grüne Minna", because the German police cars used to be of green (grün) colour.But nowadays they are (silver &) blue, so theoretically we should call them "Blaue Minna" now!?!?!?
Thankfully a traffic jaw is not what I have regularly on my daily way to work.
This morning there was a truck accident on the motorway A6, direct at the interchange to my motorway A81. So the junction was blocked in all directions.
I had my camera with me, so the additional 40 minutes of jam time flew by like the wind.
