Until Saturday afternoon, 2007-09-22.

And: I've never spend such a long time (3 hours) at a car dealership. Not even when I bought a car.
Uetze is 452 km away from my home town. At this afternoon we accompanied a friend, who is working in the automotive branch and takes care of this car dealership.
"Autohaus Uetze" was celebrating its 25-year jubilee - and I took some photos of this event.
That sounds banal - but indeed it was very exotic! Or who of you has ever been to Uetze at a sunny Saturday afternoon???

EMO 2007 subjective review

Exposition Mondiale de la Machine Outil or short EMO (deutsch: Werkzeugmaschinen Weltausstellung) --> 166 000 visitors came to Hannover, Germany between the dates of 17 and 22 September to buy machines, place orders and find out about the latest developments in the world of metal-working.
Approx. 159997 of them came to see the SCHUNK exhibition stand in hall 3 ... ;-)

night stroll through Linz & Linzer Torte

Hi there!

Beginning of this week I've been for a (business) short trip to Austria. For three days we did a training for new colleagues of our Austrian subsidiary. And we had some pleasant and relaxing evenings together with great Austrian food. And while the colleagues went to bed after dinner, I was on my own night-time sight-seeing tour through Linz. Fortunately I was there before 11 p.m. - thereafter they switched of the spotlights illuminating the places of interest.
And of course I had to visit confectionery Jindrak; the house of the Original Linzer Torte. Without tasting Linzer Torte you haven't been to Linz! Great... ;-)
